Payment Processing

 
You can safely enter your credit card or debit card number to pay for items on www.amyshousewares.co.uk safe in the knowledge that your personal details are secure. We partner with SAGE PAY (www.sagepay.co.uk) to process all transactions via their secure servers. All personal information submitted is done so securely with SSL (secure socket layer) 128bit encryption.  
 

Order Transaction

Once you have submitted your order and payment has been authorised you will receive an acknowledgement email from us and will be able to view your order in the account area of the website. In the event there is insufficient stock to satisfy your order you will be informed via email as soon as possible. Prices: All prices charged on this website are quoted in pounds sterling. The price you pay for your order is the price which is displayed on the website. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or canceling your order. VAT: All our prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.  
 

Debit & Credit Cards

We currently accept the following cards: MasterCard, Visa and Maestro. With all card payments we require: Card number (long number across the middle), expiry date, Issue number (if card has one) and Security code (last three numbers on back of card). Your card details are not stored on our system. Your Right To Cancel You have the right to cancel your order within seven days from receipt of the goods. We will issue refunds and credit your debit/credit card when the cancelled goods arrive with us by return postage. Delivery charges cannot be refunded, goods must be in their original packaging and in a sellable condition. To return any items, send a mesage via our contact page ensuring you quote your order number. The items should be returned by an agreed delivery method.  
 

Incorrectly Supplied Items

If you receive incorrectly supplied goods, we will offer prompt replacement, refund or alternative item to the same value. Contact us via email within 7 days, quoting your order number, and we will arrange for the uplift of incorrect goods and delivery of the correct goods.  
 

Defective or Damaged Goods

All our parcels are carefully packed by hand and should arrive in perfect condition however if for some reason the package has become damaged during transit we will replace or refund your order. Please ensure you inspect any goods prior to signing for delivery. Any visible damage whatsoever should be noted and the delivery signed for as damaged. If inspection is not possible please ensure you sign for goods unexamined allowing us to lodge claims with our delivery partners. Damaged or defective goods should be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.  
 

Cancellation by us:

a) We reserve the right not to accept any order if: - We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered. - We do not deliver to your area. - One or more of the items ordered was incorrectly described or priced on our website. - The payment transaction is not authorised. b) If we do cancel your order we will notify you and will refund to you any sum paid by you to us in respect of the order within 30 days of the cancellation. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.  
 

Unforeseen Circumstances

While every effort is made to meet our customers´ demands, cancellations or variations may be necessary as a result of an Act of God, war, strike, lockout, labour dispute, fire, flood, drought, terrorist activity, civil riot or other causes beyond our reasonable control.  
 
Entire Agreement:  
a) These terms and conditions together with our current website prices, delivery details, contact details and Privacy Policy set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of goods to you by us.  
b) Nothing said by any salesperson on our behalf should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions or as an authorised representation about the nature or quality of any goods for sale by us.  
c) Save for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, we shall have no liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading.  
d) Photographs on our website are for illustrative purposes only, and may not exactly match the product itself. Disclaimer Amy´s Housewares Ltd. nor any of its directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of this Website. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.  
 
Amy´s Housewares Ltd. accepts no liability for any information or content contained in external third party websites which link to or from this Website. Notwithstanding the a foregoing, none of these exclusions and limitations are intended to limit any rights you may have as a consumer under local or other statutory rights which may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or that of employees and/or agents. In placing an order though this website you agree to accept these terms & conditions.
